And that means we're creating a workplace and culture where you can truly thrive.Join us and help move Australia's heart health and your career forward.Your impact, with usAs our highly valued Medical Receptionist, you'll use your skills and expertise to provide quality care to patients with a wide range of heart and cardiovascular conditions.Based in Modbury and across our Adelaide clinics, you are responsible and accountable for providing and achieving a high quality, accurate and efficient reception and administrative service to the practice and its patients.You'll make a meaningful impact by:Ensuring an absolute commitment to the delivery of professional, caring and friendly services to patients, referrers and customers with consideration to achieving quality and productivity targets as set by the business.Daily operational management of the front desk which includes but is not limited to general reception and administrative services for the clinic including answering phones, making and managing patient appointments.Effective diary management incorporating consultation and testing appointments in line with utilisation targets, key performance indicators and administrative protocols for appointments, testings and hospital admissions.Attention to detail and pride in delivering consistently accurate work with aptitude and integrity.What you'll bringTo succeed in this role, you will have:Ability to work in a fast-paced, transactional customer service environment.1+ years' experience in a medical reception/administration role.Experience in electronic medical records preferred, but not essential.Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team.Excellent patient care skills with a demonstrated ability to show a friendly, sensitive and professional approach when dealing with patients of varying backgrounds and ages.Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology terminology and procedures (ideal but not required).A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and a commitment to improving Australia's heart health.We would also love you to have:Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to nurture positive connections with patients.A mindset of collaboration and continual learning.
