Creative Studio Project Manager

3-6 month contract with a view to extend Based in Melbourne This is a fabulous contract opportunity to join a dynamic creative team and partner with the APAC Art Director, Operations Managers, and other Brand Operations counterparts to execute operational systems and process to deliver best in class campaign and creative work.
Key responsibilities: Manage projects against the Creative Studio Operating Model, ensure team is prepared to meet gates and deadlinesReceive and process requests, manages schedules, assigns tasks and track the project progress, making sure the project is completed on time and to budgetManage day to day tasks, including feedback from Creative Leaders and key stakeholdersManage and deliver product engagement campaign, weeklies and creative request and deliverablesHelp ensure creative response is on brief and budgetManage creative partners and content creators working with the studio Information hub ensuring creatives have the latest materials and information and work closely with cross functional operations partners to enable the creative workSupport resource planning, tracking, and reportingSupport communication and collaboration with cross-functionals, Regional leads as well as individual market leadsFacilitate, execute, and support adaptation of global campaigns for APAC marketsInput creative updates into Project Management tool (Asana)Support agency, vendor, and third-party partner management, communications, and scopingAsset management and trafficking throughout post-productionSkills and Experience required: Min 4 years of experience in a creative studio/ brand environment managing multiple concurrent projects and tight deadlinesProven experience in workflow management with ability to keep track of task dependenciesTrack record of managing multiple tasks, identifying priorities, and ensuring outcomes are achieved within appropriate deadlinesExperience in Project Management software; Asana preferrableHigh level verbal, written and interpersonalInitiative to solve problems and issues in a mature manner and without direct supervisionHighly developed aesthetic, sense of style and trend knowledge is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
