Work type: Permanent Full time Region: NSW- Sydney CBDCareer building & development opportunityDemonstrated client management and credit analysis skillsPermanent role based in Sydney CBDClient Management & Execution (CME) is the Centre of Credit & Execution Excellence within Corporate Finance, and the broader C&IB business. CME teams work closely with CIB Coverage and Product teams to manage the CIB customer portfolios.In this Associate Director Client Management & Execution role you will:Partnering with Client Coverage and Product Specialist teams with their origination activities and owning the portfolio risk management functionsManaging the larger and more complex transactions within the CME DirectorshipUtilise your demonstrated experience to provide input and support on structuring transactions, preparing credit submissions, employing and overseeing financial modellingDriving transactions forward whilst engaging multiple stakeholders to achieve a seamless client experienceResponsible for oversight of the risk profile and monitoring and compliance requirementsProactive and effective workflow management reviewsContribute to and maintain oversight of portfolio maintenanceIdentify and embed process changes to drive continuous improvement and process efficiencyWhat will you bring:Demonstrated extensive experience working in a similar role within the Corporate & Institutional Banking marketStrong skills in credit writing, transaction and loan structuring, financial analysis and modellingSignificant experience in negotiating and executing loan and security documentation for complex, multi-financier credit exposuresCommercially astute, with an awareness of industry and market risk related issuesExceptional communication, relationship management and leadership skillsProven ability in strategic planning, workflow management and execution skillsTertiary qualifications, typically in commerce, business, finance or related disciplineProfessional or Postgraduate qualifications preferred (generally CA, CPA, MBA or Masters)A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyoneWe know that our people make us who we are.
