About the Position:
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Construction Litigation Lawyer to join a successful and forward-thinking practice.
You will be at the forefront of challenging and high-stakes construction litigation, playing a pivotal role in the firm's success.
In this role, you will:
Collaborate with two senior lawyers who are recognised leaders in construction litigation
Take the lead in mentoring and developing a team of junior lawyers, guiding them through complex legal matters
Manage a diverse range of construction disputes, including issues related to contract breaches, construction defects, delays, and professional negligence
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings, providing strategic legal counsel to achieve favourable outcomes
Contribute to business development efforts to drive the growth of the practice
Key Requirements:
3-5 years of post-admission experience in construction litigation, preferably in a private practice setting
Strong litigation skills with a focus on construction law
Proven ability to draft and analyse complex legal documents
Capable of managing cases independently while working collaboratively with senior lawyers
Passion for mentoring and developing junior talent
Strong client relationship management and business development abilities
Excellent organisational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple cases simultaneously
Superior communication and interpersonal skills
