Seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a reputable residential builder supervising new builds across Southwest Sydney.
Salary up to $130,000 plus super, fully maintained vehicle & extrasAnnual bonuses & salary reviewsAbout the Company: Our Client has been producing single storey, double storey, and dual occupancy homes in Sydney for the past 25+ years, building over 350 homes across NSW annually.
This builder has developed strong relationships with well-known industry partners to deliver a high-quality product at an affordable price.
This builder has an ongoing commitment to provide a high level of support throughout the pre-construction, construction and post-construction stages to their customers.
We are looking for a highly experienced Site Supervisor to join the construction team based in Southwest Sydney.
About the Role: Reporting into the Area Manager and Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day build of greenfield sites and KDR's across the Southwest region and M5 corridor.
Duties will include:
Managing the overall performance of each project from commencement to handoverLiaising with trades and sub-contractorsChecking material ordersLeading a team of site staff in delivering projectsEnsuring that project milestones are followed and met on timeUndertaking project quality assuranceEnsuring that homes are built in accordance with contractual arrangements and to specificationEnsuring trades comply with Safety Management Systems and WH&S legislationWhat You Need: Certificate III in Carpentry (essential)Certificate IV in Building and Construction will be highly favouredMinimum 3 years experience as a Site Supervisor with a Project Home Builder or DeveloperStrong written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented and a strong understanding of the NCC & BCAThe Benefits: Base salary between $120,000 - $130,000 plus superannuation, fully maintained vehicle, tablet and mobileYearly bonuses and salary reviewsExtensive training and professional development opportunities provided by the companySupportive business culture with opportunities to progressStrong pipeline of work for 2025 and beyondOpportunity to work with an established and award-winning residential home builderIf you are interested in learning more about this opportunity, feel free to reach out to me on for a confidential chat.
