DESCRIPTION DU POSTE You will be an integral member of the team, responsible for implementing integrated communication and content creator campaigns across a variety of traditional and new media platforms. This role will develop direct relationships with press and content creators, and work with support agencies where relevant, to deliver paid and earned activities that support marketing pulse points for Ubisoft games.
Utilizing a "player-first" mentality, the Communication & Content Creator Manager will work with cross-functional teams to create unique engagement opportunities and activations in the ANZ territory.
WHAT YOU'LL DO Partner with the Head of Communications & Content Creators to implement tailored, effective, and innovative communications and creator campaignsDevelop and maintain Ubisoft's relationships with key local press and content creatorsExecute content creator campaigns for allocated titles that deliver strong ROISupport deployment of the Company Creators Program: applications vetting, local promotion, business requests management, etc.Collaborate closely with Ubisoft global and regional teams to share local knowledge and coordinate campaignsManage the co-ordination of local press and creator eventsCollaborate with internal and cross-functional stakeholders worldwideEnsure local reports are finalised for local and global counterparts by the relevant deadlineQUALIFICATIONSWHAT YOU'LL BRING A relevant degree in Marketing or Communications3 years' experience in a similar role is preferredExceptional verbal and written communication skillsA good understanding of the ANZ media landscape and social channelsA flexible and dynamic approach with an ability to adapt to changing goals and objectivesAn achievement-oriented individual who is passionate about a career in Marketing & CommunicationsMust display a high degree of initiative and attention to detailA positive attitude, with an outgoing and collaborative nature.
