Apply now Job no: 4110 Work type: Full time Location: Artarmon Categories: Content In this role you'll have the opportunity to: Work closely with a team of reporters to edit content for foxsports.com.au platforms, focusing on quality and editorial tone with the ultimate goal of increasing user engagement, subscriptions to Foxtel & Kayo products and leading the narrative in sport.
Manage the foxsports.com.au homepage, maintaining the desired editorial tone with the goal of celebrating the joy and optimism of sport.
Work closely with social and video teams to amplify content across Fox Sports Australia's owned channels.
Be across all the key issues and events in sport to ensure appropriate news coverage including breaking news, live events, reaction and talking points.
Maintain relationships with News Corp stakeholders to deliver maximum exposure for Fox Sports content and support broader business initiatives.
Drive the off-platform strategy by overseeing EDMs and Apple News output to ensure maximum reach of Fox Sports digital content.
Your background should include: Proven experience in digital newsrooms, preferably within sports media.
Experience leading teams to deliver exceptional results.
Extensive knowledge of social media and how to leverage it.
Ability to follow search trends and apply them to daily news coverage.
Ability to work and collaborate across multiple teams.
Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn and develop.
Familiarity with Fox Sports and a passion for our content.
