Connor is looking for driven, ambitious, and mature-minded team members that want to grow into successful leaders in our business. Through training and education, Connor will provide the tools to help create what we hope is a successful retail career for YOU. About You: Have a minimum of 1-2 years in a management role in retail.Ability to confidently lead, motivate, and engage with your team.Proven experience in training and coaching team members.A history of exceeding set goals and KPI's and driving budgets and targets.Ability to complete operational tasks such as scheduling, budgets, VM, and stock management.Looking for Brand Ambassadors that share the same values and can share the brand culture with fellow team members and customers.Experience in Customer Service and enthusiastic about delivering an in-store experience to our customers.Driven to exceed company set budgets and KPI's.Interest in fashion and retail.Desire to further your career in retail in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.Bonus: A much higher than average financial reward with performance incentives and commission structure.A generous Team member discount to use in any Connor store.An amazing company culture where our people are our focus.Career development and training for all team members.One-on-one coaching and mentoring from your line manager.
