As Night Auditor, you will review financial reports, investigate anomalies, reporting any discrepancies to the Rooms Division Manager, Night Manager, and Finance team.
A Night Auditor reviews daily revenues against guest receipts and reports and investigates any anomalies.
This role also includes hotel reception duties, including guest service, check-in/out of guests, and assisting with guest enquiries.
What will I be doing? Review of all end of day revenues against logged reports/receiptsEdit all reports to ensure accuracyInvestigate any anomalies found between daily reports and revenuesProviding five-star service to our internal and external guestsCheck in/out of guestsWhat are we looking for? Pride in ensuring the accuracy of work and actively encourages the same standard from Team MembersStrong analytical skillsComputer literate, with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft ExcelA minimum of one year previous experience as a guest service agentAble to work on a Full-Time rotating rosterTravel the world and grow your career with Hilton Hilton has been recognised as the Number 1 World's Best Workplace by Great Place to Work Institute and Fortune.
