The Narre Warren South Campus is seeking a full-time Personal Assistant to Head of Secondary, commencing in January 2025.
This vital role provides comprehensive support to the Head of Secondary and plays a key part in enhancing the operations of our Secondary sub-school.
We are looking for a candidate who excels at multitasking, possesses strong communication skills, and has a keen attention to detail.
You'll thrive in our fast-paced environment where a positive attitude and adaptability are key, along with a willingness to learn new systems.

You are an ideal candidate if you: Are highly motivated Have high level organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills Have good administrative and Microsoft Office 365 skills.
Experience with school management software such as Synergetic will be highly regarded.
