Contracts Specialist/ Senior Contracts Administrator

Contracts Specialist/ Senior Contracts Administrator - 6+ Month ContractImmediate start for experienced downstream Contracts Specialist (Construction) in Perth CBD.
Monday – Friday, 6+ months (possible permanent role).
About our Client As a well-established multi-disciplined civil contractor, our client has developed a strong portfolio of clients across government and private sectors, delivering D&C, JV, and Construct Only projects across the state.
With a busy workload on existing projects and setting up new projects, we urgently seek an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator/ Contracts Specialist for an immediate start on a 6-month or longer assignment.
About You: Degree in Construction Management or relevant qualification/experience.Substantial experience in medium to large construction/infrastructure projects over $30M.Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.Independent decision-making and reasoning abilities.Demonstrated leadership in driving results through effective teams.Proven ability to perform under high-pressure situations.Key Accountabilities Subcontractor management.Manage Variations and simple contract amendments.Contracts administration and Claims Management.Register your interest Please submit your resume or profile online, or email Mike Gray at ******.
