About the role Rydges Geelong is currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Restaurant Floor Manager to lead the night team in our restaurant and conference center.
This role will be primarily focusing on the restaurant but will also include functions in our event center.
Shifts will be a Tuesday to Saturday but may change due to hotel demand.
You will join the team at our beautiful venue, Nautica Pool Bar & Kitchen as well our high energy Banquets team.
Successful applicants will need to be enthusiastic, energetic, punctual, strive for delivering flawless customer service, possess a professional attitude and live and breathe a passion for the industry.
