Plus, you'll have a dedicated support team, including a Market Manager guiding your progress towards your business goals.
We support Hometime Hosts in 30+ markets, helping them scale and grow their operations.Here's what you'll doPerform all aspects of being a Hometime Host in your market including:Property onboarding: Ensure accurate listing setups and seamless property onboarding, leveraging Hometime's best practicesGuest experience: Deliver a 5-star guest experience from check-in to departure, including coordinating cleaning and quality checks.
Use your local expertise to add a special touch to each guest's stayProperty maintenance: Manage repairs, maintenance, and property audits to maintain high standards.
Build and maintain a network of reliable, cost-effective local trades peopleGuest communication: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to ensure all interactions are efficient, accurate, and centered on delivering exceptional customer serviceHomeowner relationships: Use your local know-how and entrepreneurial spirit to foster strong homeowner relationships and expand your portfolio.
Ensure homeowners receive above-market returns without having to lift a fingerFinancial management: Review end-of-month statements to ensure accurate accounting and timely homeowner payouts.Expand your portfolio: Grow the number of properties under management by meeting potential homeowners, conducting property inspections, and communicating the value of Hometime's management servicesThe ideal local host:Experience: Background in property management, preferably within the hospitality or holiday rental industry, with a deep understanding of what makes for a great service.Entrepreneurial: A problem solver at heart.
