Northern Adelaide Local Health Network – Older Persons Mental Health Service – Modbury Salary : $87,416 - $110,497 p.a.
(pro rata) plus Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice benefits – RN2C Temporary Full-Time, up to 28 June 2025 About the Role: The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a passionate and skilled Clinical Nurse to join our Older Persons Community Mental Health team.
The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is a leading provider of public healthcare services in South Australia.
As a Clinical Nurse in our Older Persons Community Mental Health Service, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to older individuals facing mental health challenges.
Your expertise and compassion will contribute to improving the well-being and quality of life of our clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities include: conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and develop personalised care plans collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless and holistic care providing counselling, education and support to clients and their caregivers advocating for the rights and dignity of older individuals with mental health concerns maintaining accurate and comprehensive clinical records To be eligible for this position, you must be registered as a Nurse by the Nursing/Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) and hold a current practicing certificate.
You must be enrolled in an approved mental health course or hold a qualification in mental health practice.
