Nurse Unit Manager - Child and Youth Mental Health Service, Queensland HealthThe Child and Youth Mental Health Service is a specialist service dedicated to children and young people up to the age of 18 living in the North West HHS region who experience severe and complex mental health disorders or are at significant risk of developing such issues.

Up to $70,000 in incentive payments may be available.For 1 year, you will receive an isolation bonus of AUD$3,500.
If you stay for 2 years, you will receive AUD$10,500, and for your 3rd year (and every year after that), you will receive AUD$7,000.In your downtime, we will provide 2 return airfares p.a.
(including spouse/dependents) to the nearest east coast provincial city in conjunction with your recreation leave; of which we offer 5 weeks p.a.
with a 17.5% loading/bonus.
Base salary ranges between $132,562 and $143,924 p.a.
(Nurse Grade 7).12.75% employer superannuation contribution.Professionally, our HHS values professionalism, leadership capability, excellence, and resilience in our staff.

We also offer staff accommodation (if eligible) or a private rental subsidy of AUD$82.50 per week for up to 17 months.

About the role: Permanent full-time position - leading and coordinating the Child and Youth Mental Health Service to achieve best practice standards for clinical practice & patient-centred care.
Requirements: Mandatory requirements are a relevant tertiary Nursing degree qualification and AHPRA registration.Appointees will be required to work all shifts in accordance with the service roster.The position may involve travel to various facilities or units within the North West Hospital and Health Service.This is a VPD risk role and may require evidence of vaccination or immunity to: Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Tuberculosis.Interested?
