What you're looking for A linear management structure where you can talk to the managing director, construction manager, and project manager as equals.
This is how they run their business: they treat everyone as partners, not direct reports.You want old-school values for your company and the customers you build for, knowing they won't be budged on for anything.
The product quality of the build is priority one above profit and deadlines.You like to laugh whilst working and don't take yourself too seriously as we are all human and want quality of life and success.
You're not too precious and want to smile while working and growing.What they're looking for Someone who knows construction from all sorts of backgrounds and hasn't specialised.
This means you've administered and learned a lot from several projects of different scopes.Someone who's been a contract administrator for at least three to five years and knows the intricacies of the position so that you can communicate easily with your PM, who you'd have across all your projects.Someone who likes a variety of projects from all different sectors and can administrate two or three at a time.What you get in return A top multi-award-winning family builder who prioritizes transparency, flexibility, and strong communication coupled with old-school values with a linear management structure.
