Support our amazing Ballarat team with large-scale and complex portfolio management by fostering growth through existing customer relationships, acquiring new clients, and implementing effective expense control measures.We are empowered to make a positive difference for customers and communitiesYou'll join a high-performing business, backing talented individualsBe rewarded and recognised for the value you bringIn this Senior Business Banking Manager role, you will:Develop and manage a portfolio of key business banking clients and referral partnersUncover new business and referral opportunities while cultivating, growing, and utilising your mature network of internal and external contactsMaintain and enhance your portfolio's credit risk profile while maximising profitabilityInitiate solutions to stimulate customer growth in the local market and implement yearly business plans for your complex portfolioAssume responsibility for profit & loss statements, overseeing revenue, lending balances, and deposit expansionWhat you'll bring:A well-established footprint as a business banking or relationship managerAdvanced financial expertise and strategic relationship management skillsPassionate about business development and credit risk managementProficient in business/commercial practices, alongside business banking products and servicesA diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyoneWe know that our people make us who we are.
