What We're Looking For: If you have at least six months of experience in the fitness industry, strong sales experience, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of delivering excellent results and customer service, we'd love to connect with you
This is a hybrid Personal Trainer and Sales role, offering generous commissions for successful client acquisition and retention.
Required Qualifications & Attributes: Certifications: A current Certificate IV in Personal Training and First Aid certification.Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in sales, with the ability to confidently engage and convert leads into loyal clients.Passion for Growth: Genuine enthusiasm for personal and professional development.Commitment to Fitness: A proactive approach to self-improvement and embracing new challenges.Community-Oriented: A shared belief in our studio's mission to inspire and support our members.Team Spirit: The ability to thrive in a collaborative environment where learning, laughing, and growing together are valued.Flexibility: Willingness to work a balanced and adaptable schedule outside the traditional 9-5 framework.Professional Standards: Commitment to delivering quality service while contributing creatively to our rapidly growing business.Why Choose Us?
