Our five-year Strategic Plan is focused on growing as an innovative, responsive and better-connected health service provider for all Australians.Watch stories about our people, patients and the communities we serve at finestcare.com.au.We believe our people – all of our people – keep the Royal Flying Doctor Service flying.About The RoleReporting to the Operations Manager, Darwin, the Operations Support Officer is responsible for the efficient day-to-day running of the Darwin Base Charter Operations associated administrative tasks, and customer service.You Will Be Responsible ForFlight reporting and coordination of charter operations.Preparing for departure and arrival of flights.Maintaining goods inwards and outwards of the hangar.Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.Data entry and maintenance of databases.General office tasks including general record keeping, invoicing, and file management.About YouTo be successful in this role you will have:Outstanding interpersonal skills with a professional, positive attitude.Well-developed organisation, time management and task prioritisation skills.Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office.Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality.Flexibility to work early mornings or late-night shifts.Strong communication skills verbally, in person and written.Our BenefitsAs part of our team, you can expect to be provided with challenging, interesting work and be supported to achieve your best.
