ABOUT THE COMPANY.
Western Sydney Local Council seeking a driven, energetic HR & TA Officer to play a pivotal role in the administrative operations of the team.
Join a close-knit, collaborative HR/TA team that offers growth opportunities.
ABOUT THE ROLE.
Initial 3-month contract with possibility of transition into a permanent role.
You will support your team on the recruitment and onboarding of new staff, and perform an array of HR & TA duties.
Experience using TRIM & Aurion will be highly regarded.
DUTIES.
Support recruitment for a variety of Council positions Prepare employment contracts and contract extensions Coordinate effective communication between Council leaders & external stakeholders Provide advice on sound HR & TA matters SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
Experience in a similar HR or Recruitment administrative position Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field Experience using TRIM and Aurion (desirable) Strong communication and critical thinking skills REMUNERATION.
$40 - $45 p/h + Super CULTURE.
