About The Industry And Manufacturing Division Our work supports a productive economy by advising government on overarching industry and manufacturing policies and a range of programs.

Eligibility A degree or significant experience in a relevant field is highly desirable.
Relevant fields include (but are not limited to): economics; industry and innovation policy, public policy, finance, law, commerce, econometrics, data science, stakeholder management, communication, program and project delivery, governance, and secretariat support.
Relevant experience working in or closely with industry would be highly regarded.

To be eligible for employment in the APS and the department, candidates must be Australian Citizens.
Positions require a Baseline security clearance and successful candidates will be required to obtain and maintain a clearance at this level.
Depending on the role, candidates may be required to be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) level.
