Sales Manager

As a part-time Sales Manager at Raine & Horne Southern Highlands, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales performance of our prestigious real estate agencies in Bowral, Mittagong and Moss Vale, NSW.
This position offers flexible working arrangements, allowing you to balance your professional responsibilities with your personal commitments.
What you'll be doing Overseeing and leading a team of sales agents to achieve ambitious sales targetsDeveloping and implementing effective sales strategies to promote the agencies services and propertiesProviding hands-on coaching and mentoring to sales agents to enhance their skills and productivityMaintaining strong relationships with existing clients and actively seeking new business opportunitiesMonitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and marketing decisionsEnsuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and internal policiesCollaborating with the management team to drive the overall success of the agencyWhat we're looking for Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in a sales management role, preferably within the real estate industryProven track record of leading and motivating a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, agents, and stakeholdersStrong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to handle complex sales transactionsThorough understanding of the local real estate market and industry regulationsAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamPassion for the real estate industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer serviceWhat we offer At Raine & Horne Southern Highlands, we are dedicated to fostering a supportive and flexible work environment that enables our employees to thrive.
