About the role: A unique opportunity has become available for an experienced National Document Control Manager to join the team.
Based out of our Brisbane office and reporting to the General Manager Project Services, responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Overseeing the governance, implementation, and management of document control systems and processes across multiple projects nationwide.
Leading and supporting a small team across Australia and Malaysia, ensuring consistency in the use of systems and upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Working closely with the Project Management, Construction, and Engineering teams to establish document control procedures, improve workflows, and ensure compliance with both company policies and client requirements.
What you will bring To be successful in this role, you will bring a strategic mindset and hands-on leadership skills, with the ability to enforce document control best practices and manage the flow of critical project documentation from tender to project completion.
You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with Project teams to ensure strong collaboration to achieve team goals.
In addition, you will have a natural curiosity for continuous improvement and will constantly look for opportunities to streamline systems and processes.
A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field would be highly regarded.
