Gestion de la relation client
• Veille à optimiser la satisfaction client en soignant la qualité des services et en instaurant une communication régulière, proactive et claire sur le terrain (ETA d'intervention, travaux effectués, etc.
).
• Consigne les travaux effectués (sur les équipements) dans des rapports détaillés, selon les délais prescrits, afin de garantir l'exactitude des données de e-Optimum et des notifications client.
• Veille à l'excellence de la relation entre l'entreprise et ses clients, contacts et utilisateurs en s'assurant d'incarner les valeurs de KONE.
• S'assure de la sécurité et du bon fonctionnement des équipements.
• Gère l'environnement d'intervention lors des opérations d'entretien.
• Identifie les risques associés aux sites d'intervention et les signale à son superviseur.
• Prend immédiatement les mesures qui s'imposent sur le terrain en cas d'identification d'un risque majeur et applique la procédure de remontée des informations.
• Identifie les services de réparation «non planifiés» nécessaires selon le type d'équipement, contacte l'intermédiaire sur le terrain pour obtenir son accord si les services ne sont pas inclus dans le contrat et procède aux réparations convenues.
Gestion des services
• Veille à la sécurité des utilisateurs et des sites d'intervention.
• Veille à la sécurité de l'environnement de travail.
• Veille à la sécurité des méthodes de travail et à la bonne exécution des interventions, selon les instructions d'entretien et les consignes de sécurité établies.
• Veille au bon déroulement des visites d'entretien (entretiens planifiés, interventions et services de réparation) et à ce qu'elles soient effectuées selon le calendrier et dans les délais fixés (interventions), conformément aux normes de qualité et aux procédures applicables.
• Planifie son travail en collaboration avec le responsable du service.
• Rend compte des opportunités de vente à son supérieur.
• Établit, dans les délais fixés, des rapports précis sur les travaux effectués, conformément à la procédure applicable.
• Communique les feuilles de temps relatives aux interventions.
• Gère les stocks de proximité (entrées, transferts, inventaires, etc.)
et le réapprovisionnement des pièces, en collaboration avec son supérieur.
• Veille au bon entretien des équipements et véhicules d'intervention.
• Contribue à l'amélioration continue des produits, des méthodes et de la sécurité en partageant toute observation utile avec le service PCM et son supérieur.
Encadrement/gestion du personnel
• Communique régulièrement à son supérieur toute information utile.
• Maîtrise tous les aspects des ascenseurs et des technologies associées et participe aux formations dispensées.
• Peut être amené à former/coacher des personnes sur demande de son supérieur.
