With offices in Adelaide and Melbourne, our team of 20+ works across various industries, tackling diverse marketing challenges.

This role requires analytical thinking, strategic insight, and attention to detail.
Your responsibilities will include: Directing, developing, and implementing digital marketing strategies for a variety of clients Adding strategic value to Neon Treehouse's client portfolio across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and programmatic advertising Guiding strategic decisions to enhance the online visibility of Neon Treehouse and its clients Supervising and leading team members to ensure they receive the support needed to maximize our clients' digital marketing goals Managing a team ensuring they meet their personal and professional goals Developing and executing comprehensive digital advertising strategies aligned with business objectives Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs) Managing weekly client campaigns for optimization Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget Setting up new campaigns and creating strategies Working with the CEO and Account Managers to evaluate and implement campaign improvements Collaborating with the creative team to gain insights for producing better creative in future campaigns Researching the latest trends and insights from global resources Developing and managing audiences on platforms according to evolving personas YOUR APPLICATION Please submit your resume and cover letter.
