As a Senior Advisor, Internal Communications, you will play a key role in executing a range of communication and engagement activities that positively affect the engagement of staff in line with the organisation's values and vision.
This position sits in the People and Culture team and reports to the Internal Communications and Employee Engagement Manager.
The salary range for a Senior Advisor, Internal Communications is $117,537.45 - $125,531.21 (gross) per annum.
Four (4) weeks recreation leave (accrued annually)Flexible work options (e.g. Purchased leave, compressed hours, telecommuting)12.75% Superannuation and Salary packaging options availableAccess to Employee Assistance ProgramAnnual staff recognition awards and years of service recognitionMandatory Requirements There are no mandatory requirements for this position.Highly Desirable Candidates who possess the following will be highly regarded:
