Availability and flexibility is of great importance to the Casual Talent Pool community, which also offers our RM's the opportunity to be exposed to different areas of the campus (both public and private) and gain valuable experience.
Our casual pool work across varying shifts as advised across a 24/7 period.
To be considered suitable for the RM Casual Talent community you will be:
Current AHPRA registration (without restriction)Flexibility to perform in various wards, adaptability to seamlessly integrate into different teams and work under different NUMsConsistent availability to complete shifts at short noticeCommitment to excellence in nursing practice and professional developmentDemonstrated ability to work well within a multidisciplinary teamBasic computer skills and proven ability to use health information systemsMater is Queensland's largest and most innovative not-for-profit healthcare service, providing care for almost 700,000 patients a year across a network of 11 hospitals.
