As the Senior Manager of Demand & Pipeline within the Revenue Operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving Cartology's sales performance and revenue growth.
Your expertise in sales practice, data analysis, and pipeline management will be instrumental in aligning our sales efforts with market demands and optimising best-in-class revenue generation processes.
By providing actionable insights and proactive recommendations, you will empower our sales teams to make informed decisions, capitalise on opportunities, and address challenges before they impact our bottom line.
You will be a data-driven strategist with a passion for optimising sales through analytics, combining keen attention to detail with big-picture thinking.
Your collaborative yet decisive leadership style, coupled with excellent communication skills, allows you to influence stakeholders at all levels and thrive in dynamic environments.

What you'll bring Several years of experience in sales operations, business intelligence, or related roles.
Proven track record in managing sales pipelines and forecasting.
Experience leading and developing teams.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and visualisation.
Proficiency in CRM systems and business intelligence tools.
