Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, or Psychologist Senior (Mental Health Worker)
Join Darling Downs Health as a Senior Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, or Psychologist with the Adult Mental Health Service.
In this impactful role, you'll deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to adults in rural communities, working closely with a passionate multi-disciplinary team.
Make a difference by supporting consumers, their families, and partner agencies, while driving continuous improvement in mental health services.
In this role, you'll be deeply involved in providing comprehensive clinical services to individuals with complex mental health needs.
You'll assess and treat a diverse caseload, collaborating closely with other professionals to deliver tailored interventions.
Your expertise will be key in developing and improving clinical protocols, while also offering guidance and training to colleagues and external agencies.
You'll actively participate in service development activities and quality improvement initiatives, ensuring the best possible outcomes for consumers.
Your day will be a mix of hands-on clinical work, strategic planning, mentoring, and professional development, with plenty of opportunities to make a tangible impact in the lives of individuals and the community.
