At Merge Rocks we're looking for a Graphic/Marketing Designer Designer to join our team.
Intro The Merge team is looking for a passionate, creative Graphic/Marketing Designer who thrives in a collaborative, problem-solving environment.
With a team of 15 highly skilled designers, including a Head of Design and multiple Design Leads, we foster a dynamic and supportive atmosphere where knowledge sharing is at the forefront.

What you'll be doing?
Collaborate with the marketing and motion design teams;
Create marketing creatives (blog, Instagram, web site creatives, presentations).
Marketing design for social media, advertising creatives, and presentations;
Merch creation;
2D and 3D illustrations creation;
Collaborate with UI/UX and motion designers;
Work directly with clients (collect feedback, understand tasks, deliver results).
What is needed?
3+ years of design experience;
Upper-intermediate/advanced proficiency in English;
Strong self-management and time management skills;
Creativity and innovative thinking;
Basic skills in web design and UX/UI are welcome;
A portfolio showcasing your best work (please include it when sending your CV);
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Google Presentation, Canva, Keynote, Notion.
