This is a challenging position for a motivated and self-driven person to join a well-established, fast paced company, working autonomously and supporting the operational team.Manage day to day accuracy of equipment movements (includes CHEP / Loscam pallets, plastic bins and crates)Support the ULD audits, facilitate the weekly stock counts & monthly stocktake of all equipment on site and in transitSupport and obtain relevant data on the national crate pool on a daily / weekly basisManage ULD mailbox, respond to Supplier queries by phone and email in a timely mannerReview and amend dockets in the CHEP and Loscam Portal, provide relevant feedback on rectification of any errorsAccurate document management including scanning and filing of all paperworkData validation for month end reconciliationSchedule reports for daily & weekly movementsCommunicate and engage with Distribution Centres, carriers, suppliers and 3PLsBuild relationships and engage with HFA sitesInvestigate all discrepancies and issues within pre-determined time framesAbout youExperience within a similar role working in a FMCG Logistics environment is desirableAble to coordinate several tasks simultaneously and work under pressure in a professional mannerExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsMust be computer literate and proficient using MS Office application (Word, Excel and Outlook)Self-driven with a positive attitudeExcellent time management and organisational skillsDesirable tertiary qualifications (Business / Administration / Retail / Supply Chain)Why Hilton Foods?We look for people who have a passion for devouring new challenges and collaborating with industry leaders to produce exceptional results for Hilton Foods and the Customer / Consumer.The pace of our business has made it a gathering place for passionate and talented people.
