Our client, an entrepreneurial and innovative market leader and true success story, is searching for their next COO.
You will be an innovative, strategic thinker and collegiate leader with a unique blend of highly tuned commercial and financial skills, and the empathy and understanding to work collaboratively with complex, sometimes challenging stakeholders.
You like to lead and inspire by example, work with colleagues to achieve results, and have a thorough understanding of contemporary leadership and management principles.
A bit about you:
You will be responsible for bringing together crucial pieces of information such as strategic priorities, competitor performance, operational performance, and innovations.
Most importantly, you must have the ability to task people with deadlines and keep them on schedule.

The Position: Full operational and P&L responsibility for the Australian operationsStrategic business planning, budgeting, and resource managementProvide day-to-day direction to Admin, Marketing, Content, and Legal and Compliance teamsDemonstrate a track record of balancing multiple priorities in a high-paced environmentA proven ability to think critically, problem-solve, and recommend common sense, practical solutionsMonitor daily app performance and track performance following product releases or updatesPlan and set targets for user growth and retention, revenue, and campaignsIdentify strategies to increase user base, retention, and LCVCollaborate on user and customer experiences to ensure we continue to deliver on our brand promiseManage relationships with suppliers, service providers, sporting bodies, regulators, government, and other related partiesA positive approach and a 'can-do' attitude
