You will assist the Store Manager atWetherill Park to create an exceptional customer led culture by inspiring and training Team Members to become a part of our customer's journey.
What we are looking for: Experience supervising and training Team Members to succeed Ability to drive productivity through sales initiatives A proven track record achieving personal sales targets and KPIs Ability to deliver unforgettable customer service experiences An interest, love and passion for working with luxurious products What you will be doing :
