12 + 12 + 12 month contract - Civic, ACT - Flexible work conditionsBaseline clearance required - NV1 desirableDevelop ServiceNow solutions - scripting, configuration, integrations and customisationsOur client, a Federal Government commission based in Civic, ACT, requires an experienced ServiceNow developer for a long 12 + 12 + 12 month contract.DutiesDevelop ServiceNow solutions including scripting, configuration, integrations, and customisations.Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow apps and modules.Provide advanced technical support for ServiceNow by troubleshooting, implementing bug fixes, and conducting root cause analysis.Ensure system stability.Stay on top of ServiceNow features and functionalities and incorporate them into the development process.Selection CriteriaDemonstrated experience in developing and maintaining ServiceNow apps and integrations.Holds a ServiceNow Certified System Admin certification.Holds one or more ServiceNow Mainline Certifications at an Implementation Specialist level.Further ServiceNow certifications at an Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM) or Application Specialist (SUITE) level.Experience with Azure DevOps.Configuration and sustainment of service integrations, integrating APIs through Integration Hub Repository management and branching.Knowledge and experience with ServiceNow solutions.To apply for this long ServiceNow contract, please click the Quick Apply button to forward your CV to Andy at the Recruitment Hive.Please note our internal Job ID is AE 10233 and this RFQ closes on the 29th of November 2024.
