Love what you do and leave your markThe Accounts Receivable team member is responsible for a wide range of AR functions including corporate AR invoicing & receipting, cheque banking, debtor maintenance, reconciliations and queries.
Here's a taster of the Accounts Receivable position responsibilities:
Timely processing of all corporate accounts receivable invoicing.Timely receipting/allocating of direct deposits on a daily basis.Cheque banking completed on a weekly basis.Internal debtors processed in a timely manner.Reconciliations of corporate level accounts receivable accounts; minimal outstanding transactions.Produce and distribute monthly statements.Follow up outstanding corporate debts in a timely manner.Ensure all deadlines are met.Communicate effectively with venues and customers, ensuring transfer of knowledge and assisting other team members.Ensuring manager is kept fully informed of issues and work progress.Assist manager with system integration improvements.Now let's talk about you:
5+ years of accounts receivable experience in a large organisation, particularly with a high volume of transactions.Understands basic accounting principles.Proven ability in preparing reconciliations and problem solving.Proficiency in Google Suite applications, including mail & sheets.Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Exposure to accounts payable.Time management skills - well organised with the ability to prioritise and work independently.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Adaptable nature.A team player, with willingness to show initiative and take on challenges.The benefits are good too We offer flexible working in every senseAn exclusive discount card for BWS, Dan Murphy's, Woolworths, BIG W and other Endeavour Group brands, including our ALH pubs.Monthly meeting-free days.Your health and wellbeing is your most important asset, and as one of our valued team members, it's our first priority.
