Key Responsibilities:
– Customer Service: Welcome customers, assess their needs, and provide expert advice on our range of golf equipment, apparel, and accessories.
– Sales: Drive sales through product knowledge and personalized recommendations, working towards meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.
– Club Fitting Support: Assist in fittings, helping customers understand how the right equipment can improve their game.
– Merchandising: Ensure the store is well-presented, organized, and fully stocked with the latest products.
– Order Processing: Process transactions efficiently using our POS system, handle trade-ins, and manage online order fulfillment.
– Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest golf equipment and innovations to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
– Customer Relations: Build lasting relationships with customers, creating an inviting and professional shopping experience.

Skills and Qualifications:
– Passion for Golf: A solid understanding of the game and golf equipment is highly desirable.
– Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in retail or a customer-facing role is beneficial but not essential.
– Sales Skills: Ability to drive sales and provide product solutions that meet customers' needs.
– Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
– Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using point-of-sale systems (such as Shopify POS) and online platforms.
– Team Player: Ability to collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals.
– Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
