Accommodation and Guest Relations Manager
Sirromet Wines is a vibrant family owned and operated winery located at Mt Cotton just 30 minutes from the Brisbane CBD and the Northern end of the Gold Coast.
On site you will find a state-of-the-art winery production facility, Cellar Door and café, Tuscan Terrace restaurant, glamping style accommodation, functions and event facilities.

The Role:
As the Accommodation and Guest Relations Manager, you'll manage all aspects of guest accommodation, ensuring every visitor enjoys a seamless, welcoming, and exceptional stay.
You'll lead guest services, oversee reservations, coordinate housekeeping, and support events—all while maintaining our high standards of customer service.
In this role, you'll interact directly with guests, fostering an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality that reflects the unique character of our winery.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of guest accommodation, including reservations, check-in/check-out procedures, and housekeeping.
Manage guest services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences through prompt, friendly, and professional service.
Actively engage with guests, responding to their needs and enhancing their overall winery experience.
Coordinate with the events team to support accommodation and service needs for special functions and winery events.
Lead and train the guest services team to uphold high standards of hospitality and attention to detail.
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 3–5 years in hospitality management, preferably within a luxury or boutique accommodation setting.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in hotel or accommodation management, guest relations, or a related field.
A natural people-person with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
A proactive, solution-oriented approach to managing guest needs and enhancing the guest experience.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency with reservation and hospitality management software.
Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and controlling costs.
Additional Requirements:
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of wine and winery operations (preferred).
