This position involves working as part of our Manufacturing team in either day or afternoon shift.
RESPONSIBILITIES Interpreting product drawings and supporting manufacturing products to customer requirementsOperating roll form and general sheet metal equipmentGeneral housekeeping tasksCollaborate with team members, other departments and projects as requiredParticipate in training for specific items of plant and equipmentStrict adherence to critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environmentABOUT YOU Strength and fitness to undertake a frequent movement and lifting roleForklift licence & experienceManufacturing or sheet metal experienceBasic awareness of safety standards and alertness of moving parts & peopleWhile experience is great, it'll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apartWillingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and paceREWARDS & BENEFITS Health & Wellbeing Initiatives | Traineeship & Apprentice Program | Career Development Opportunities | Paid Parental Leave | Employee Referral Incentive | Stratco Team Member Discount Card | Private Health Corporate Discount | Flu Vaccinations | Employee Assistance Program
