As our Industrial Relations (IR) and Compliance Manager, reporting to our Head of People Partnering – Restaurants, you will lead the IR agenda for KFC restaurants.
In this end-to-end role you'll be involved in: IR strategy formation, identifying pragmatic solutions, gaining stakeholder buy-in, solution roll out and compliance.
ABOUT YOU – OUR NEXT ORIGINAL
IR specialist with a pragmatic approach
Ability to simplify complex concepts to create practical solutions that our restaurant teams can understand and adopt.
Legal qualifications in industrial relations or equivalent experience (e.g.
IR specialisation or consultancy).
In-house experience is not required, but a strong motivation to make a long-term impact within a single organisation is essential.
Capability to single handedly advise the business on best practices and shape strategy.
Effective presentation skills to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Develop and implement a robust Industrial Relations strategy.
Managing IR operations and improving quarterly forums and priorities.
Overseeing KFC's industrial legal activities and compliance across franchise and company network.
Driving capability development through various initiatives such as annual sessions, learning & development improvements and communication strategies.
Review of KFC labour management systems and controls and in conjunction with product teams driving continuous improvement of compliance.
Staying updated on legislative changes and emerging trends in the IR landscape and adapting strategy and action to address.
Partnering with internal KFC teams and franchisees to promote KFC's best IR practices.
