Full Scope Electrical Services Pty Ltd is seeking multiple skilled and experienced Electrician/Leading Hands to join our team.Based in Minchinbury NSW, we are centrally located within the Western Suburbs and are perfectly positioned to service the entire Sydney Metro.
We are continuously targeting projects which best suit the locations of our workforce, to ensure work/life balance is maintained and employees don't spend excessive time commuting.As a Leading Hand @ FSES, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing a variety of electrical installation and maintenance tasks, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.
You will be working with a Project Manager on each project, and the delegation of tasks/responsibilities will be managed according to the particular project.This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work with a company that always strives for the best and places a significant emphasis on employee safety and project quality.What you'll be doingUndertaking electrical installations primarily in the commercial construction sector.Liaising with FSES project managers to ensure delivery of projects.Leading and supervising a team of electricians and apprentices, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and work efficiently.Liaising with builders, clients, and sub-contractors to understand their requirements and deliver exceptional customer service.Preparing detailed work plans, managing project timelines, and ensuring the timely completion of all assigned tasks.Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to all work performed.Ensuring compliance with relevant electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards.What we're looking forFormal qualification as an Electrician, with a current Electrician's licence.Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrician, with demonstrated previous projects in the commercial construction sector.Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.A commitment to safety and a thorough understanding of relevant electrical codes and regulations.Proficiency in the use of electrical testing equipment and tools.What we offerCompetitive all-inclusive salary package.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.A supportive and collaborative work environment with a focus on safety and quality.Access to the latest tools and equipment to ensure efficient and effective work.Company vehicle and fuel card.Full Scope's clientele and projectsFull Scope has strong alliances with several Tier 2-3 construction companies, ensuring our company's strong and prosperous future.Some clients we work with include Donnelly Constructions, FAL Constructions, Full Tilt Constructions, Grindley, Growthbuilt, Hutchies, KANE Constructions, Lipman, Patterson Building Group, and Reitsma Constructions.Examples of some past projects can be seen on our website at the following link: Project Examples.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as an Electrician Leading Hand?Do you hold a current electrical licence?How many years' experience do you have in the construction industry?Do you hold a Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card)?Have you worked in a role which requires a sound understanding of OH&S/WHS?How many years of people management experience do you have?Do you have a current Australian driver's licence?#J-18808-Ljbffr
