About the Role: As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. About Goodstart Berrin: 107 place centre This role is based in our Nursery Studio. Our newly constructed centre features separate, naturally inspired learning spaces, each with direct access to our landscaped designed outdoor environment providing children with the opportunity to move freely between the indoor and outdoor. Our environments have been specifically designed to engage, challenge and excite the children throughout all of their developmental stages.
