We are seeking an Italian-speaking social volunteer to visit an elderly lady in Cameron Park.
Her faith is of great importance, and she likes to read the Bible daily.
She would enjoy meeting someone who also speaks Italian to chat over a cuppa. Your Impact Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself.
Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated.

We have a wonderful group of volunteers that partner with us to enhance the lives of people cared for by HammondCare.
HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.

Requirements• 18 years or older• National Volunteer Police Check arranged and paid for by HammondCare We'd be happy to discuss a suitable time during the week for a 30-minute to one-hour visit between 9 am and 4 pm, Monday to Sunday.
Visits could be weekly to fortnightly depending on your availability.
