We offer age-appropriate fitness programs that are both educational andentertaining, catering to children from toddlers to teens.We're looking for a Membership Consultant to join our dynamic front-of-house team at MyFirst Gym Coomera. If you have a positive, energetic personality, love building connectionswith people, and are passionate about working with children, this is the perfect opportunityfor you You'll play a key role in ensuring new and existing members feel welcome, engaged,and excited to be part of our gym family.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Membership Management: Engage with potential and existing membersthrough inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions topromote membership options, find solutions that best fit our families' needs, andencourage sign-ups.Customer Service: Greet and assist members as they enter the gym making themfeel welcome and providing exceptional customer service.Admin Tasks: Manage membership from enquiry through to cancellations includingad-hoc tasks.General Cleaning: Keep the gym tidy and organised, ensuring a clean, safe, andwelcoming environment.Building Rapport: Develop strong relationships with children and their families,creating a positive and supportive atmosphere for all members.Support the Club Manager: Assist the Club Manager with day-to-day operations,helping ensure smooth running of the club and supporting the team.Club Atmosphere: Contribute to making the gym a fun and enjoyable place for boththe team and all members, fostering an energetic and positive environment.We Are Looking For Someone Who:Has a positive and energetic attitude that shines through in every interaction.Loves working with children and has a genuine interest in their development.Is comfortable with sales and has the confidence to engage with potentialmembers, identify their needs, and present tailored membership solutions.Has excellent communication skills and is comfortable engaging with both childrenand adults.Is organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.Enjoys working in a team environment, but can also work independently whenneeded.Has the flexibility to work afternoons & early evenings during the week, as wellas some Saturday mornings.Qualifications & Experience:Working with Children Check (Blue Card) – MandatoryFirst Aid and CPR certification – Preferred or willing to obtainWhy Join Us?Work with a passionate team in a fun and dynamic environment where children'sdevelopment, well-being & inspiring movement are at the core of what we do.Be part of Australia's leading kids' gym network with opportunities for growth andcareer development.Make a real difference in the lives of children and families within your community.If you're excited about contributing to a brand that promotes kids' fitness, fun, and positivegrowth, My First Gym Coomera is the place for youTo apply, please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining why you're the perfectfit for this role.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a Membership Consultant?Do you have a current Working With Children (WWC) Check?Do you have experience in a sales role?Do you have customer service experience?
