Role Overview: You will be designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining software solutions for our Margin Lending Product.
Initially, you'll play a pivotal role in the migration of our in-house system to a new platform, working with Oracle to analyze and transform the code base to a .Net environment.
Then you'll lead the uplift of our applications capabilities, designing and implementing APIs to automate processes and ultimately design and create new features.
Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end software engineering cycle, from partnering with the business for requirements, designing solutions, influencing decision making on technologies, building (exceptional coding skills in C#), deploying, and maintaining software solutions.Make decisions with an expert level understanding of technologies and articulate the rationale behind them.Show a genuine passion for software engineering, always looking for new technologies that offer more efficiency, stability, reliability, and speed to production.Challenge the status quo and search for better ways of working.Bring broader knowledge across full stack engineering with an area of expertise (i.e.
Cloud, secure API design and development, .Net Core with C#).Stay informed on the future direction of software engineering including DevSecOps, AI, Machine Learning, and how the right technologies can enhance customer experiences.Tech Skills: .Net Core (C#), Angular, ReactSQL Server / OracleDevSecOpsCloudMicroservicesWorking with Us: We support our people with the flexibility to balance where work is done with at least half your time each month connecting in the office.
