Talent and Operations Manager at Majer RecruitmentOur client is looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join their team at their head office in Newstead.

What you will be doing… Lead and motivate a dynamic team of eight Property/Building managers, fostering a positive team cultureOversee all aspects of end to end Property Management, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.Monitor team performance, celebrate successes, and implement strategies for improvement where needed.Induct and train new staffEncourage innovation and problem-solving, empowering the team to contribute ideas and solutions.Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.Monitor and manage end of month and all trust account activityConduct regular spot checks on Property/Building Management activitiesRun weekly team meetings and training with minutes distributed to team members and managementHandle escalated issues related to property maintenance, resident concerns, or building operations.Maintain high quality standards in delivery of all Property/Building Management servicesTo be Successful… Current registration and knowledge of relevant legislation and PropertyMeHighly organised with excellent time management skillsExceptional people skills and strong customer service focus and skillsStrong attention to detail7+ years Property management experience + 3 years in a leadership roleTrust Account knowledge and experienceWhat's in it for you… Attractive Salary package including onsite parking, daily lunches, gym membership, birthday celebrations and fun team events.
