We are seeking HSE Advisors (x3) to join our team for newly awarded projects in the Pilbara, WA, and Jabiru, NT.

Expected Commencement: The New Year
As a HSE Advisor, you will report directly to the HSE Manager and Superintendent on-site, taking responsibility for the practical implementation and administration of the company's HSE plan.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure personnel safety through the application of HSE policies and procedures.Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.Develop and deliver comprehensive HSE training and site inductions.Investigate and report on incidents, implementing and monitoring corrective actions.Foster a strong safety culture across project teams and subcontractors.Maintain accurate HSE documentation and reporting systems.Liaise with stakeholders at all levels to drive safety initiatives.Location: Pilbara region (WA) and Jabiru (NT)
Roster: 2 weeks on, 1 week off FIFO/DIDO roster
Package includes: Flights, accommodation, and meals
Employment: Full-time, permanent, with weekly salary payments
Performance Bonus: Available after 12 months of service
Minimum Requirements: Legal right to live and work in AustraliaTertiary qualifications or a Certificate IV in WHS combined with civil construction or mining experienceProven experience in implementing safety systemsStrong knowledge of WHS legislation and industry standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to work autonomouslyAbility to pass pre-employment medical and drug screeningExperience in bulk earthworks or civil constructionStrong attention to detail and a passion for safety excellenceAbility to thrive in remote and challenging environmentsAbout Us: We are specialists in bulk earthworks, with a 50-year track record of delivering successful projects across regional Australia.
We focus on the earthwork's component of highway upgrades, mining infrastructure, tailings dams, and haul roads.
