Exciting opportunity to join the management team and work closely with our experienced After Hours Team.Permanent Part-time positions available: Night Duty and dayshiftAbout the RoleThis is a key leadership position that is accountable for efficient and effective operational management of the hospital after-hours.Support and contribute to planning, implementing, and evaluating care practices, processes, and services.Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements to uphold best practices.Collaborate with Shift Leaders and Clinical Managers to achieve excellence in care delivery.Lead and inspire a dedicated team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care.Work closely with on-shift doctors to ensure optimal patient outcomes and adherence to best practices.Report directly to the Director of Clinical Services, contributing to strategic goals and objectives.About YouTo be successful in this role you will be a positive and effective leader with the ability to motivate others. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to coordinate and motivate a large team of clinical and non-clinical professionals.You will also bring:Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered NurseMinimum 5 years postgraduate experience within Acute Care.Demonstrated ability to be an effective role model in the area of clinical practiceSound Computer skills in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)To be successful you will need to be available to work a 7-day rotating roster across all night shifts.What's in it for you?Professional Advancement: Recognition, Rewards, Professional Development, and Employee referral programs.
