Great opportunity to join our growing ACT Workers Insurance businessMake a real difference providing quality outcomes for our customer and businessAbout the role In this role, you provide purposeful leadership and direction to create a high performing team environment, providing oversight and management of team operational/strategic activities in line with financial and divisional objectives. You'll provide outstanding leadership through role modelling, consistent coaching at all levels to strengthen skills and productivity; and drive performance and outcomes through activities that build team engagement and employee satisfaction.
