The Role As our Practice Manager, you'll be the heart of our clinic operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading the Reception and Admin Team: Inspire, mentor, and support our reception and admin staff to deliver top-notch customer service.Diary Management: Keep our therapists' schedules buzzing with patient appointments to maximize their time and ensure patients are seen promptly.Sales and Service Excellence: Use your sales and customer service expertise to foster strong relationships with patients, encourage re-bookings to ensure excellent patient outcomes, and promote our services.Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day clinic activities, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.Support: You will have the support of our Principal Physiotherapist/Director, Hermitage Centre and Wauchope Practice Managers, Marketing Coordinator, Manager of Clinical Performance/Lead Exercise Physiologist, and experienced admin team.
