We're a project partner delivering the $11.1 billion North East Link Tunnels, and Suburban Rail Loop.The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Bid Director to play a pivotal role in our sustainable growth journey across Australia. This is a true opportunity to develop and build upon the capabilities of your function, alongside the business's growth strategy. Based in the corporate head office conveniently located in Bourke Street Melbourne, your role will involve:Leading the preparation, submission and end to end strategic bid management for SME tenders across multiple infrastructure sectors, in alignment to GS E&C Australia's strategic goals.Developing winning tender strategies and bid framework procedures, leading the bid team throughout the tender process ensuring alignment to client requirements, bid strategy, and delivery of quality outcomes.Review and analyse bid documents and timelines, producing appropriate schedules and plans to ensure resources are sufficient and efficiently utilised, ensuring compliance with client requirements and specifications throughout the bid process.Monitor and report on bid progress and outcomes, identifying risks and implementing timely resolution strategies.Cultivate strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Keep abreast of market intelligence, keeping ahead of the curve with upcoming tender opportunities.Apply todayJoin us for a rewarding career journey In exchange we offer you a rewarding employment journey within a people-centric organisation kicking huge goals on engineering and construction landmark projects worldwide – with extensive benefits, competitive remuneration and regular celebrations to recognise the efforts of our valued teamGS E&C Australia is an equal opportunity employer, and we encourage applications from diverse backgrounds.
